During a recent WPSA Board meeting which was held on September 4, 2020, it was fully discussed and agreed how the required Fall Business Meeting will be organized for the inclusion of as many WPSA members as possible. In addition, the process in which votes will be cast for those open Flag Officer positions was decided upon.
As such, please be advised of the following; dates, time and process:
September 17, 2020 - WPSA Fall Business Meeting (beginning at 7:00PM)

September 24, 2020 WPSA Membership Voting (6:00pm-8:00pm)
Port O‘ Call will be open to the WPSA Membership for voting through the use of secret ballots and those who have been nominated to fill the WPSA Board positions during the 2020 – 2021 term. The drop-in hours for in-person voting will be from 6:00pm – 8:00pm.
There will be a rolling entrance and exit, to ensure compliance with the NYS Laws as related to COVID-19 guidance for social distancing and wearing of masks. Upon your arrival, there will be a check-in process prior to receiving a ballot.
